The below information is not a resource for members of the general public at this time. It is only for employers or agencies who are planning for future vaccination opportunities for staff. As the Division of Public Health (DPH) works to increase vaccination statewide, businesses, agencies and organizations, particularly those with critical infrastructure workers, are being asked to develop plans to vaccinate their staff. This plan should include identifying a vaccination partner who will be able to provide that service for your agency. Those businesses, agencies and organizations who do not have an established relationship with a vaccination partner (health care system, pharmacy, etc.) can identify willing and interested partners from the below list. It is the responsibility of the business, etc. to contact potential vaccination partners and discuss logistics. In most cases, the partner will then work with DPH to place the order for your site.
