What technology do you have on hand?: cTracePeople is a BizTek People initiative to support government agencies with contact tracing during the COVID19 pandemic. BizTek People is an Oregon certified woman and minority-owned business with the below capabilities: Ability to onboard 50+ resources within a 2 – 4 day period and 100’s of resources with adequate lead time. Our database has close to 200,000 resumes and growing. Provide vetted resources that typically have a background in health care or public health with strong experience in customer service and solid telephone and email communication skills. Our resource pool includes numerous bilingual and multilingual individuals. All resources would have received a level of training in accordance with CDC guidelines by the time they are onboarded All resources will have access to computers with antivirus and malware protection and phone connectivity with headsets. We have a national reach to candidates who can work remotely as we have offices in New York City and Portland, OR.
