Where can I get my vaccine?
COVID-19 vaccines are available from hospital systems, pharmacies, some doctor’s offices, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Division of Public Health clinics or other state-coordinated events, and community-based events. The below information is intended to help you find a vaccine nearest you. Some sites require scheduling an appointment online or putting your name on a waiting list. Other sites offer walk-in hours. Read the below carefully for more information.

Search for sites near you providing a vaccine by entering your ZIP Code and selecting a search radius. You can even search by the vaccine you are interested in. Not all sites with vaccine may be listed in Vaccines.gov; the choice to be listed is up to each provider. You can also call 1-800-232-0233.

Walk-In Vaccination Appointments at Division of Public Health Clinics
These sites offer four vaccine brands — Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Novovax. Please note: Pfizer and Moderna are authorized for ages 6 months and older, Novavax for ages 12 years and older, and J&J for ages 18 and older.
Pfizer and Moderna bivalent boosters are now available at DPH clinics.
Proof of age/ID is not required for children.
*Please note: Written parental consent is required to vaccinate individuals younger than 18 years old, however the parent is not required to be on site with the child during the vaccination.

Homebound Vaccination Program
If you are unable to leave your home because of disability, age or severe illness, DHSS’ Homebound Vaccination Program can bring the vaccine to Delawareans who qualify. Vaccinations will be delivered through a partnership with Delaware independent pharmacies. Please call 1-888-491-4988.
